This office complex
is located in a new development area in the twin cities on Hwy. I-494 in Eden Prairie. The
project used three different kinds of finishes incorporated in the panels to produce a
multi-colored design. These finishes consisted of red granite cast into the panels, a
dyed, sandblasted concrete to match the granite, and an off white sandblasted concrete for
the highlights. There were flat panels, column covers, and window units for a total of
69,000 square feet of architectural precast concrete. The project was completed in the
summer of 1986 and is a good example of what can be done with our precast products. |
